Library Services The Benedum Library is located on the Salem campus and is open during the terms that the school is in session. In addition to the Library’s physical collection of books, journals and audio- visual materials, online access is provided to books and journals. Holdings may be identified through the Library’s online catalog. The Library is a partial depository for United States Government documents. Information about Library services, including information for distance education and online students, is available below. Electronic resources: Ask at desk for items available. Reserves: Materials which professors have selected for use in classes; must be used in the library. Newspapers: Must be used in the library. Interlibrary Loan If you didn’t find what you want, ask in the Library or email with a question about ‘Interlibrary loan.’ Perhaps we can borrow from another library. The following list includes what you need for a book; just be sure you tell us enough to be able to identify your need, whether it’s a book, or a journal article, or just information. Library Services Circulation The library collection contains many items which can be checked out, or circulated. Items are loaned for two weeks. There is a charge of $0.05 a day for overdue materials.
