The Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Sales Management is designed for students to develop their general business management knowledge, skills, and abilities in becoming an effective sales manager. Sales managers focus on customer service, process improvement, marketing, organizational leadership, and ethics and human resource management.
Financial managers must be able to develop the financial systems and controls that provide a fundamental framework for individuals and institutions. The Salem MBA in Finance equips graduates to pursue business career opportunities or to advance into additional graduate studies.
Information technology managers focus on a range of business issues including daily operations supervision and scheduling; communicating effectively to encourage cooperation and solve problems; developing project and risk management plans; and ensuring information security is rigorously maintained.
