Business Administration Disclosures

The Salesforce Administration concentration consists of five upper-level courses that offer you an understanding of topics including:

  • Customer relationship management with an emphasis on tools that allow companies to manage processes, reporting and dashboard information.
  • Salesforce administration and user management, customization, creating permissions and forecasts are examined.
  • The systems administration function of Salesforce including platform customization, feature requests, setup and maintenance and overall business solutions.

After graduation, you should be prepared to pursue entry-level career opportunities within organizations that use Salesforce administration and other platforms.

Integrating Salesforce fundamentals and basic administration/customization skills gained from the Customer Relationship Management for Business and Introduction to Salesforce Administration courses, this specialization will prepare students to utilize increasingly complex Salesforce functionality as a CRM system administrator.

Course Format

Salem offers accelerated undergraduate and graduate programs of study with continuous enrollment via distance education or on ground at our Salem, West Virginia campus. Courses are delivered in a monthly format (4-weeks) and completed on ground, online, or through a blended approach that uses both delivery methods. Online courses are structured to work within the constraints of full-time employment, allowing you to earn your degree with minimum disruption to your busy schedule. Traditional on ground programs of study are available for campus residents and commuter students.
