Student Satisfaction

Student satisfaction reflects your perception of life at Salem International University. Student Satisfaction is based upon a variety of factors such as:

  • Personality
  • Expectations
  • Commitment
  • Sense of ownership and value
  • Perceived value of the educational experience compared to costs
  • Ability to function smoothly without impediments in all environments (classroom, campus, community, online, playing field, etc.)

Student Satisfaction is assessed each year using the Student Satisfaction Survey, via LiveText. It evaluates student perceptions of services from residence life to cafeteria offerings and hours. All collected data are reviewed and updates and changes, such as the Snack Bar re opening, are made based data from the survey.
