WASHINGTON, P.A. - Salem International University dropped both games of a doubleheader against Alderson-Broaddus College Monday afternoon, 2-1 and 6-3, at Consol Engery Park in Washington, PA.

Salem International now dips to 2-9 on the season while Alderson-Broaddus moves to 2-0.

Scott Schlapinski (St. Petersburg, FL) had three hits on day, while Hunter Bonner (Palm Harbor, FL) led the squad with two RBI's. Jayson Barnes (Fort Washington, MD) hit a double in the first game to round out the Salem offense.

Salem will host Mercyhurst University on March 9th and 10th at Frank Loria Memorial Field in Nutter Fort, WV. The doubleheader on March 9th will start at 1:00 PM with a single, nine-inning game on March 10th is scheduled for 1:00 PM.
