Salem, WV - The Lady Tigers of Salem International University had a season best 51 second-half points, but it wasn't enough to erase the first half defecit as the home team dropped an 82-75 decision to Milligan in Game One of the 2012 Joe Manchin Tournament.
Milligan was led by Johneshia Good's 20 point effort, while Salem was paced by Alicia Stebbins' season-high 20 points.
Salem drops to 1-7 on the year and whille face Central State at 1:00 PM tomorrow. |
Game 2 - Daemen's Casey Sheehan led all scorers with 25 points en route to an 86-66 win over Salem International in the second game of the Tournament.
Salem was led by Dexter Batts Jr.'s 16 points, but the Tigers drop to 3-6 on the year.
