Salem, WV - The Mountain Lions of Young Harris defeated Salem International University Tuesday afternoon, 71-36, in women's basketball action.

Salem drops to 1-2 on the season while Young Harris improves to 2-0 in the 2012 campaign.

Salem returns to action on December 1st when they travel to Wilberforce, Ohio to take part in the Ben Waterman Classic hosted by Central State University.

The Lady Tigers are scheduled to take on future Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) foes Central State (December 1st) and Cedarville (December 2nd).
