Flores Earns CWPA Rookie of the Week

Salem, WV - Jorge Flores was selected as the CWPA Rookie of the Week for the week ending October 29th, 2012. This marks the second time this season that the Freshman from San Diego, CA has received the honor.

Flores amassed 10 goals, 5 assists, 2 steals and 8 earned ejections in two games played at the CWPA Division II Eastern Championships last weekend. The Tigers dropped games against Mercyhurst and Notre Dame (OH), 19-14 and 18-10, respectively.

Salem will next play at the CWPA Southern Division Championships at Bucknell University this weekend.
