Clarksburg, WV - Salem International University's baseball squad wrapped up their 2012 season Sunday afternoon at Frank Loria Field, dropping a double header to Notre Dame College (OH) by scored of 4-1 and 11-6.

Salem finishes the 2012 season with a record of 4-42-0. Notre Dame (OH) is now 17-27-1.

Myles Swartz (Thornhill, ONT, CAN) and Elliott Swiatly (Lake in the Hills, IL) had the losses in games one and two. Swartz threw 6.2 innings, giving up four runs on eight hits while Swiatly went 2.2 innings and gave up five runs on four hits, respectively.

SIU senior Jordan Arnold (Hanover, PA) led the Tigers at the plate with a 5-for-7 performance including two RBI's in the second game. Richard Crocker (Selma, AL) went 2-for-3 in game one. Michael Holbert (Stuart's Draft, VA) and Jayson Barnes (Ft. Washington, MD) were 2-for-4 and 2-for-3 in the second game.
